Our mission is to enable unique research with unique equipment.

IDEE is committed to becoming a technological enabler by facilitating the MUMC+ in its core tasks of research, education and healthcare provision. By developing commercially unavailable technology, we make it possible for researchers to apply new research methods and conduct unique research studies. This enables researchers to become innovative frontrunners in the field of scientific research, which in turn serves to enhance the significance of the MUMC+ as a research institute. With our maintenance activities (repairs, maintenance, registration and safety), we are simultaneously able to safeguard the operating life and safety of the equipment used in research and education.
